Meet June
I’m a people person and love architecture, so being a real estate professional is a perfect fit for me! For over 25 years, I’ve worked in all the different aspects of Denver real estate—buying, selling, and investing in both residential and development—and I am particularly passionate about helping my clients successfully buy and sell properties in Denver's urban neighborhoods.
In working with my clients who are commercial and residential developers, primarily in the neighborhoods of Northwest Denver, I provide assistance on many different levels. For instance, on a recent project, I handled branding, marketing, and sales and also helped with architecture, floor plans, exterior and interior finishes and staging.
One of my strong suits is that I have solid insight, understanding, and vision when it comes to seeing a property’s full potential, whether for a buyer or a seller. Sellers benefit from my proven marketing strategies that result in houses that sell quickly for the highest price and best terms. Buyers benefit from my knowledge of making the transition from renting to owning, relocating to Denver, downsizing or moving from suburb to city.
